Shaftesbury Care Group offer an excellent comprehensive training package to encourage employees to further their personal and professional development with support throughout.

Training includes in-house and mandatory training to keep employees up to date with regulations. We recognise NVQ qualifications in any skill and up to Level 5 for Registered Managers.

If you like to look after people in care then Shaftesbury Care Group could have just the job for you. With Shaftesbury Care Group you will be given all necessary training and we will help your career in caring to progress as you gain experience and learn new skills. Not only do we offer all mandatory training but also in-house training to help you to take your career as far as you would like to.
